If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cococox-candles.com to receive return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4.3 Refunds: 

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
